Display error on my Adobe Audition (Effects Rack)

I have no idea what the issue is here:

I have both restarted my computer AND uninstalled/reinstalled the programme several times.

I can still use effects using the drop down list.

Any suggestions?

A wild guess...go to the Windows menu and turn the tick beside Effects Rack on (or off and on) a couple of times.  I just had a play and found that if I had the Effects Rack menu set to co-exist with other menus, I could turn off the Effects in the Window but still have the option to select it show in amongst Media Browser etc.  However, clicking on it produced nothing.  I had to go through a particular sequence to get this effect so it's  long shot.

If that doesn't do it, we may need some developer input here.
