Download DeNoise plugin for Adobe Audition from a PC without Adobe Audition

Hello everyone,  I'm a student and I'm using Adobe Audition in my university; the PC has no possibility to connect to internet, so the only way to add a plugin is to download it by using another PC.

Can you tell me how to donwload it please?

 Audio Effects > Stereo > DeNoiser 

or  third party plugin?

Yes, is that one.

That was introduced in Audition version 12.

You need to update Audition in order to use that effect.

I'm afraid that there is no way either to download the plugins separately, or to use them in anything other than Audition.
