Error MSVCR100.dll no me deja abrir el programa.

Estaba utilizando la aplicación y me apareceió el mensaje de que por ese error no puedo abrirla.

Hice todo lo posible, reiniciar, reinstalar, volver a instalar incluso los archivos en los cuales me marcó error pero no ha funcionado nada.

You cannot download and install individual .dll files - they need to be correctly installed as part of the appropriate library installation, and have to be correctly registered. You need to find the correct redistibutable package and install the whole of that. Details here.
