Hello there! So i have a podcast and i normally record using Podbean to record and upload my podcast. Podbean only accepts M4a format but i recently started using audition to record my podcast audio and when i go to export it I'm not sure how to export it aim that M4a format or how to get it from audition into podbean so i can upload into my podcast. I really need help with figuring all this stuff out. This is my first time using audition and i really want to keep using it for my audio because i love it so much! Can someone please help me out?! Thank you!

Under Windows, unfortunately you can't do this in Audition - the reason being that Apple doesn't support either Quicktime, or the Apple Audio Toolbox any more (there are several threads here about this - look in Related conversations). I believe it's still possible on a Mac version, although you'd need a Mac user to confirm that.
Much as I don't like saying it, it's possible, I believe, to do a file conversion in Audacity - if you open the wav file you've made in Audition and select Export Audio, there's an option to save M4a there. How well this works I don't know, but at least that's free. There are all sorts of alternatives, if you do a Google search, including on-line conversions.
