Exporting from Audition leaves audio sounding tinny

Just that...to repo:

MP4 Video [Sounds normal] > Open in Audition [Sounds normal] > File Export > File > Format MP3 / 48000 Mz Mono, 32-bit , 192Kps, CBR

The resulting MP3 all of the spoken audio comes out with this tinny sound here. I've played with a few settings and I'm not seeing anything here that is helping.

Can you post a small sample of your resulting MP3 - and ideally a sample of the original file...?
