Exporting From Premiere To Audition

Hello Everyone.

I have finished editing a Movie, and I have a question, please. My final Footage, contains many Cuts, adjustment layers, and Effects. I can easily select my footage and Choose Edit in audion, later Inside the Audition, I can apply my desired effects, and export the final clip back to Premiere. Also, I can export the final Edit into one single file, and later import that single file inside the Audition. Which Technique do you recommend, please?
