Exporting podcast - not all audio tracks playing back

I created a podcast in Audition with interview, host, and music bed tracks. When I export the entire set as a Multitrack Mixdown, the file only plays the music bed and not the audio. I tried all of the options for export that are listed in this doc under "Exporting and Publishing Your Podcast"

Anyone have any advice??

Exact same issue since the latest update.

I have 4 years experience of using Audition and a detailed knowledge of how to export a mix down. This is a bug in the latest update that has either altered something in my setups (none of which I can identify) or just an outright bug for some of using the software.

I'm on a MacBook Pro using a fireface mixer.

    Any help would be appreciated.

It's a bug. It's already been noted, and the devs are working on a fix. When the fix has been thoroughly tested, they'll release it into the wild, but we don't yet have a date for that.

    Thanks for the update Steve!

Creating a new Session and copying and pasting all tracks from an old corrupted session fixes the bug for me, but it means you have to spend time and go through and tweak levels, insert fx, etc as per your original session. But at least I can now do mix downs and get jobs completed.

That article sure makes it seem complicated!

Anyway, going for simplest solution first, when you use the File/Export/Multitrack Mixdown command, make sure that you have "Entire Session" selected in the pop up menu.  If, for example, you have the "Selected Tracks" option turned and and last worked on the music then all you'll get is music

Second, have a quick check on the mixer screen to make sure you haven't turned off or pulled down the faders on the other tracks.  Also make sure that none of the tracks you want are muted.

Finally, although it shouldn't make any difference, you can also mix down from the Multitrack menu--with the same caveat that you have to select "entire session" to get everything.

And make sure that all track outputs are routed to the Master L/R output. Mixdown only mixes what goes via the Master.

Oh my goodness! This was driving me nuts! I couldn't figure it out and it was the Master L/R output. Thank you so much.
