Hello,

On Audition, is it possible to separate into two audio tracks (vocal and instrumental) a song already mixed in MP3 format? Thank you.

Not really, I'm afraid. Even with good source material (not an MP3) the results are never completely successful. Even if the vocal is dead centre, it only takes a little bit of reverb to be applied - as it generally is - to leave a ghostly version of the vocal behind. If you want to experiment, then look at the vocal extractor in Effects>Stereo Imagery - but as I said, with an MP3 it's never going to work very well anyway. There's an app called 'Spleeter' that can supposedly remove individual parts, but you need to be a programmer to use it - it's not a standalone app at all.
