I downloaded 2020 free trial.
My inserted Wav plays incorrectly in both edit view and multitrack view.
The file has same sample rate as Audition ( 44,1 khz)
It sounds like pitch shift.
What am I doing wrong? I am old Audition user since Cool Edit 1,0
another question:
is it any way to convert my old Ses files ( AA3,0) to sesx files?
To answer your second question ses2sesx is what you need.

Despite what Adobe says it is a standalone application and not a plugin

Couldn't tell you without seeing the file. If you right-click on the file in Explorer, go down to Properties at the bottom, and then click on the Details tab, what does it say in there?

It seems that something happened with asio driver during my tests.
My card is Tascam 16x08
Reinstalled its driver and did reboot.
Working like charm now! Tested Multitrack sessions and recording using several different settings, even 192 000 hz worked smoothly.
It's time for purchase, no doubt 🙂
thanks guys

I need to correct my previous statment, my card doesn't go higher that 96000 Hz.
I did quick acoustic project today with two acoustic tracks and el-bass.
No doubt my acoustic recordings have improved a lot.
