Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB Audio Interface (2nd Generation)

Question

Will the above work with adobe audition?

I have audition cc 11.1.1.3--with windows 7

I'm trying to upgrade my audio vo interface--which now consists of a behringer xenyx 1204 connected to the usb adaptor the mixer came with--that usb adaptor seems a bit noisy. So wanted to check before i buy---any help or experiences with this unit would be appreciated--also if you have any other usb interfaces that work well/better--please let me know--as I'm not neccessarily married to the idea of buying THIS one....

Lots of people use these sucessfully with Audition using the Focusrite supplied ASIO audio drivers. But there are loads of similar USB interfaces available as well from Tascam, Presonus, Behringer, RME, Steinberg etc. See any online music store's long list of available USB audio interfaces.
