Frequency automation inconsistency

Hello,

Frequency automation curve scale should not be linear but logarithmic.

For example if you want to modulate a HighPass filter cutoff freq., you would need a much more detailed scale between 30 and 300 Hz than between 3000 and 3300. This kind of scale is necessarry for all frequency curve.

But Audition only proposes linear scales.

In fact,  to be consistent Audition should able to adapt the curve to the needed content (freq. scale, ratio, %,etc.), Actually, automation curves are quasi impossible to use appart from volume.

Best regards

Roland
