We have no idea - since you have told us nothing about the circumstances. Or about anything at all, really.

What I told you is what happened. I sent an adobe file to the radio
station. It was 30.4 minutes long, the engineer said it was only 20
minutes. Funny I asked AI the same question and they told me to ask the
engineer I resent it as a link and it was correct! Wow

I think what Steve meant is that it's often helpful for us to know details like the sampling rate, how you mixed down the WAV, and so on. For example, someone else recently had a similar problem, and the culprit was they were recording at 48 Khz per second but changing the sampling rate during export to 44 Khz per second.

From your follow-up, it sounds like maybe the file got truncated during the transfer. That can happen, especially with email. I do a weekly 2-hour radio show broken into 6 18-minute WAV files. I always deliver it through Dropbox and an emailed link to the folder to avoid some server somewhere corrupting my file attachment.

Thank you so much! This is helpful! I am just learning this system as I was
depending on someone else to help me and they have quit. I am a 72 year old
trying to learn Audition. The engineer said what he received now was
excellent. I will keep trying.
