High Pass Filter

New Here ,
Mar 27, 2024 Mar 27, 2024

Hi!

Could someone tell me how I would translate this instruction onto my AA  please? The first is the example someone sent me and the 2nd is what I am currently seeing on my AA.

They said -  I suggest that you use an equalizer in your audio editor and activate the high-pass filter with a setting similar to what I show you in the image, and that should be enough.Screenshot 2024-03-27 at 07.17.31.pngScreenshot 2024-03-27 at 07.04.46.png

Many thanks,

Katie

I wouldn't dream of using the graphic EQ for anything, I'm afraid - it just doesn't sound that good. The example you've been shown is from a parametric EQ, and that's a much better bet. Select that from the EQ list in Effects, and pick up the Generic Hi-Pass preset - it's virtually the same as what's shown.
