How do I get certification as an Adobe software user? Are there available programmes

I use Audition and Premier pro. But I think I need to take things higher.

there are many ways to do so. You can get those certifications direct from Adobe

You can also look for training centers in your area that offer such courses.

Then there are many Workshops and Online-Trainings, books, etc. that you can choose from. Its up to you which path you go. Hope it helps.
