How do I get two different loud speech sources at the same volume?

Hi,

I host a podcast with a friend. Since we live in different cities, everyone sits in front of their own PC at home. Now it often happens during the recording that his or my voice is significantly (!) quieter than the other at the end... Is there the possibility in Audition to synchronize these two different loud speech sources so that the volume is the same ? Preferably in such a way that the quieter volume adapts to the louder.

Best regards

Stephan

If you have it all on one track, try Effects>Amplitude and Compression>Speech Volume Leveler - that's pretty much what it's intended for.
