how do you recover a deleted template?

Apologies for the newbie question, but I accidentally deleted the podcast template. I've searched online and can't figure out how to recover this. I tried restarting AA while holding down shift but it's still gone. I appreciate your advice.

Yes I don't believe that the holding Shift+Open trick works to restore Templates since they are usually stored elsewhere on your PC. They are normally stored in My Documents/Adobe/Audition/11.0/Session Templates for the latest version of Audition. If you can't find them there check to see if you have them in any older version folders in the same place. Otherwise it probably means that you need to re-install Audition unless a search for Podcast.sesx on your computer can't find them. Also check your Recycle Bin.
