I am still unclear. I have done a multitrack recording with my voice in track one, my interviewee's voice in track two, and my intro/exit jingle in track three. If I want to delete a portion from a track, how do I do that while keeping everything in sync?

Easy. Just use the Time selection tool to select the portion of audio that you want to remove on the Track and click Delete. This just removes the selected bit of audio leaving the blank gap. It doesn't shift up the ends of the audio to fill the gap so all other tracks remain in sync.
The second way to do a similar thing is to use the Volume Envelope on the Track to silence the bit of audio that you don't want to hear.

Thanks for responding ryclark!. I have asked this question before, but it
has been a while back and I have had a gap in my active use of the
software. I thought I had saved last time I had asked, but can't find it.
Sorry. What if i don't want there to be a gap and want to shift up the ends
of the audio? In the previous email, I remember that whoever responded said
something about the Ripple effect. What is that and when/how is it used?
How does that differ from what you have suggested? Are there any tutorials
on this, I would think this is a common problem and that there would be
more tutorials on this subject, but I don't seem to find any. The Jason
Levine videos are the one's I have found most in depth, but he doesn't
cover this. Thanks.
