I never use Razor All Clips tool, but am often frustrated when in multitrack mode I toggle it on accidentally by clicking on R when already in razor mode. I only ever want to razor one track at a time. Is there a way to disable Razor All Clips??

You're probably long past needing a solution, but...

– Go to Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts and type 'razor' in the search

– Remove the shortcuts for 'Razor' and instead apply it to 'Razor Selected Clips Tool'

It looks like 'Razor' is the toggle between both tools and 'Razor Selected Clips Tool' is the main tool you need.

If you read the previous post, you'll find that this has already been suggested.

As I said earlier in the thread, you cannot turn this tool - or any other tool come to that - off.

You can stop the toggling when you press the R key very simply - by removing the keyboard shortcut for it. But you can't get rid of the option altogether, no.

Sorry, but that doesn't help as I still need to toggle from select mode (V)
to single track razor mode (R)

I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill - just leave it as it is and hit the R key again - it toggles between the two modes anyway. You can hop backwards and forwards between V and R, and it should remember which R setting it was on, but it really doesn't matter - if R's on the wrong one, just hit it again!
