How to make your Voice sound like someone else's

Can you use Adobe Audition to make your voice sound like someone else's, and if you can, then how do you go about doing it?

For Example, how do I make my vocal cords aka voice box, sound like the person speaking in the Audio File attached to this post?

Sorry, Audition is an editor - it doesn't do things like that.

If Adobe Audition doesn't do things like that, then what (Freewaresoftware does?

P.S. Personally @SteveG_AudioMasters_, do you think that Adobe Audition should?

No, you shouldn't be able to change voices with Audition. And that's not just me saying so, but also Adobe's legal team when they were presented with the prospect of it. Some development along these lines had taken place, but because the use of it would potentially put Adobe in an extremely invidious position - that they had enabled the facility to make it appear that people had said things that they hadn't - that the lid was put firmly on the whole project. And it will remain there.

And even if I knew of any other software that could do this (I don't), I wouldn't mention it anyway, as I'm not about to encourage that sort of behaviour at all. You may find it rather boring that I agree with Adobe's legal team, but I'm afraid that's my take on it as well.
