How To Move Clips To Individual Tracks (Adobe Audition)

Hi!

Is there a way to make selected clips have their own individual tracks automatically?

(I will attach a picture of what I want to do)

Edit>Preferences>Multitrack Clips and select the option to place each file on its own track. If you have marked regions in a file in Waveform view and select all of them, this will change the way they are placed.

I have followed your instruction, but how do I use it? Does it only work when I edit audio in Waveform view? What I actually have problems with is when I cut audio in Multitrack view and I get a bunch of clips that I want to put in their own individual tracks (like in the picture that I will attach in this reply)
