I have a new PC and I need to download Audition 3

Hello. I have a new laptop and I need to install Audition 3.
I have a valid Licence and the CD for Audition 2, but this does not work in Windows 10. 
I do not have the email of the person who is listed on that Licence because he left a long time ago.
 
 
The Adobe Support Staff have been very helpful, and have verified that my Licence serial number is correct,and last year, one of the support staff was very helpful and enabled me to download Audition 3 without the email. I just need to do that again.

The Support person told me that I can submit my request for the download and your team will provide me with a solution.

    I'm afraid that the Audition 3 download is no longer available. A change of Adobe policy relatively recently (for legal reasons we're not allowed to discuss) means that the only versions available to anybody are the current one, and its predecessor. So the version of Audition 3 - and its associated serial number (that being the only one that works with it, and it doesn't need Audition 2 verification either) - are simply not available. They would still work fine - but you'd have to find somebody who has a copy of them and get them that way. Good luxk with that; we have no leads on this..

     

    So now, working software either requires that you already have it, and it's running fine - or you take out a subscription to CC. There are no other alternatives.
