If you create and save a file in Audition, that's it - job done. How other software imports these is its business, not Audition's. If your software specifies that the files to be integrated are in a specific format, then that's the format to save them in as far as Audition is concerned. The gold standard is Broadcast Wav files, which by default what Audition will create, unless you use Save As - where you can specify an inferior format if you wish. For instance, when it comes to streaming, some broadcasters seem to think that compressed MP3 files are what they want, so you'd use Save As to create those.

Audition does not need anything to 'enhance' this process.
