Intense noise after track picked up in other programs after Match Loudness or Changing Amplitude

Hey everyone,

There's this weird artifact being detected by another program (Sound Analysis Pro) in any files that have their amplitude edited by Audition.

It doesn't happen if I mute or cut parts of a track out, only when I Match Loudness or adjust the amplitude manually.

Is there some kind of header/footer being added to the file that this other program isnt distinguishing?

How can I prevent this?

Including pictures of the same track in Audition and SAP.

Thanks for your help!

Actually found a way to fix this, I will leave the question up in case another person has an issue.

By manually using Save As... instead of Ctrl + S and unchecking the "save markers and metadata" box, I was able to remove the problem afternote.
