My keyboard shortcuts window is so out of proportion that i can not save new presets... i can't shove it up to press save either, because it autocenters the window , what am i doing wrong ?

i Press Alt+K, the keyboard shortcuts windows opens, but for me it is only visible to the 'Undo' button, and nothing seems to help to resize it... i even tried to adjust the screen resolution, anyone experienced this before or got a tip on what to do ?

Yes it's a pain - the same thing happens when I open it on this laptop. The solution in my case was to plug in a larger monitor, which displays all of it correctly. But if you do this, and try to shrink it, then there's a distinct limit to where it stops - it doesn't rescale everything, and although you can shift it sideways, you can't shift it up and down. And that's what I think is wrong. I'll report it as a bug - which I should have done ages ago, really; this isn't exactly new...

Hope the big gets solved soon because i want to alter some things in the shortcuts to use my stream deck.  Thx for the answer and the laptop tip 😉

please this is a real pain. I usually access to equalizers and wanted shorcuts but i cant save them because the window is bigger than my screen and i cannot see the button to save it. enter doesnt work. and the button that it can barely see is restore i think.

I've noticed that since we're at CC2020 i can alter things and save them by changing the monitors resolution to 1768x992 ... However that is not workable as a constant setting because everything looks stretched. So now when i need to alter my shortcuts i change my resolution, make my alterations, save them and go back to the original resolution... after all these years, still no fix for this adobe ?

I am also experiencing this. Very, very frustrating--verging on making this program undesirable to use, period.
