live track effects all disabled?

In the last week or so, whenever I attempt to add effects to a track in CC 2015, the Preset ox is unclickable. I've googled all over but can't figure itout. This just started happening. See picture. Any ideas?

Have you tried stopping the track from playing whilst selecting a preset?

Yes. This SS is with nothing playing at all.

I apologise. That SS is with things playing, but yes, even when things are off it is all greyed out.

If you start a new session, does the same thing occur?
