match dialog level in podcast in adobe audition. Only one track

How podcast in one track, two person speaking.  One person speak loudy  other quietly. 

Is there automated way how i can increase level on quite person ?  Bz automated way i mean without listening to whole podcast a increasing gain on quite parts.

i tried notrmailize but that just increase both person in same way. Quite is still quiter compared to louad person. 

Is there a way how to automaticlly find different person speaking and create a group which can be worker on ? 

Like run on on podcast dialog and have one person talks as one group and other person as other group.

Any automated way would be welcomed
