MME can't load in Audition since the update

Loading the input/output device failed (MME internal error) upon start on version 13.0 but strangely don't have any problem with version 12.1.5

On Window 10, Creative suite, student version

Are the hardware settings between the two versions absolutely identical? Please check carefully...

Thank you and yes. The new version (13.0) also think my speaker and microphone doesn't work ( the 12.1.5 have no problem)

On my machine I also have Audition (12.1.5) Pro-tool, Reaper and even Mixcraft, Audition (13.0) is the only one who won't work.
