multitrack volumes varying on mixdown

When I export my multitrack session, some of the resulting audio is at completely

different volumes than on the multitrack.  Not all of it,  just some clips of music and one of many voiceovers.  No one at my radio station seems to know what's the matter or what to do about it.  I'm not a high tech audio person, so please respond in simple language. Thanks!

The problem is keyframes not transferring in the mixdown. Is there a setting or preference to correct this?

Which version of Audition are you using? Are the level keyframes on the on Track Waveform yellow envelope or added on the Automation lane?
