Need Tips: How to fix this bad voice (noisy)

Dear community,
I have a bad voice with noise and bad sound like 'bgg bgg bgg or whatever'.
I can eliminate the noise by using noise reduction or my izotope rx. But for bad sound ('bgg bgg bgg') i don't know how to eliminate it.
Anyone here has experience about it?
