Good morning, I would like to know if my laptop Acer Aspire 3 a315-21-92hj with turbo Core technology up to 3.6GHz amd Radeon r5 graphics 8gb ddr4 memory is compatible with the use of this software, I would like to record audio tracks with a focusrite scarlet 2i2, because I found a problem in reproducing any trace, there are small interruptions, frequent and random, they last half a second , it's  like a lag,  even if i try without  the focusrite the problem is the same,.

Thank for answer

In Audition, go to Edit>Preferences>Audio Hardware. Make sure that you are using the ASIO driver in Device Class, and try increasing the Latency setting from whatever it presently is. This will increase the buffer size, and ease the timing situation when writing to the HD.

What's the specification of the hard drive, and are you trying to record in multi-track or waveform mode?
