parametric equalizer

I cant use preset in the parametric equalizer, it's show the mesage "...did not load correctly". I already reinstalled.

Where did the preset come from? It's not one of the standard ones. If it's yours, you will probably have to remake it. Reinstalling won't help anyway - that's not actually a software fail, as such.
