Play back levels

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest what would be the best way to make the playback levels of a ripped compilation of wav files all sound the same volume before actually burning the blank disc?

 

I have used the feature 'normalize all tracks' in Nero but I'm not 100% satisfied with the results.

 

I have Adobe Audition CS5 and would welcome suggestiuons to my dilemma.

In the Window menu, enable 'Match Loudness'. Drop all the files into the space at the top, and select a suitable matching selection (try the top one in the list), and run it. You can also set an Export space to put the resultant files in if you want.
