Problem when launching adobe audition 2025. Lagging and not recording due to lag. Help!

Whe i open adobe audition it opens just fine, i select the settings i want to record in and the this happens. I have changed settings, changed my audio interface, reinstalling, tried installing a previous version and nothing works! Is anybody else having the same issue?
