I'm pretty sure that the informative message is pretty clear that encapsulated stereo media is not supported by Audition so when you say "Audition does not open OMF correctly' it is not really accurate.
While you CAN embed a poly channel media file into an OMF no DAW in its right mind will or should do it.
From memory only Sonar, Steinberg and Media Composer will allow you to do it and then it is more good luck than good management finding another DAW to open them correctly.
Which DAW created the OMF?

Thank you for the report. OMF is created in qbase...

Export a mono OMF and you should have no problem

thank you, but unfortunately 9 cubase allows you to separate channels only during import, and in the subsequent process it is no longer possible... this function appeared in cubase 10. Sonar, unfortunately, can not export XML

Depending on how often you need to do this there are other ways to get around the limitations of both Cubase 9 and Sonar.
PM me if you want further info but note that it is nearly 3am here so my reply may be delayed

I would be grateful for your help in solving this problem in cubase 9. Naturally, when it is convenient for you.
