Recording To Audition

Hello Everyone.

I have a Rode Mic, and I have attached It to my Computer, using the XLR Cable to USB. Inside the Audition, when I click on the Red Record Bottom, It Records.

I am looking for a tutorial to show the Complete Recording From Mic Into Audition.

What type of Rode mic is it? Is it really a USB mic or an ordinary analogue one with XLR out? What adaptor are you using to get from XLR to USB?

I have the Rode NT4+, and I have attached a XLR Port, That Has USB at the end to the computer USB.
