Remixing Audio files with MP4 Video

OK, I just finished editing an original voice-over over audio file with instrumental audio file and I now wish to "merge" that back to the mp4 video file, which I already have sitting in the multitrack view. Hep me.

Unfortunately you cannot do that within Audition. You have to save out the the mixed audio as a .wav audio file and combine it with the original video in your video editing software. Remember that you have to have the picture part of the .mp4 separate from its original audio track so that you can turn off the old audio and replace it with the new.
