Retrieving Sessions with Adobe Audio 2020

Hi-Wondering if anybody can direct me on how find my saved sessions on Adobe Audition? 

I believe there is a storage area with Adobe, but I can't find it.

Are your settings set to save to the 'cloud' or to your local hard drive?

Hi-the most recent setting is on my hard drive. when searching for the session it doesn't show-up for moving to Adobe for reediting etc. It would also be helpful to know where I might find earlier sessions on the Cloud.
