Audition Build 23.1.0.75
Windows 10 laptop
Wonder if anyone can help. Trying to find an option if a delete the ending of one clip on track 1, which a clip on track 2 starts straight afterwards. If a remove a few seconds from the clip on track 1, the gap that now appears from then onwards I would like to remove.
If the audio files on are the same track, there is an option if I right click to do Ripple Delete - Gap.
There is an option for this in Premiere Pro for example I think, but can not find it in Audition.
For context I have taken some screenshots of what I mean, trying to work out how, if I edit and remove the end of the audio on track One (subscribe), all the clips on this and other tracks shift like a ripple delete, so there is now no gap.
Tried looking for guides, if there is a shortcut for this etc, but having no luck.
Found this article on here, but cannot work out how to 'highlight' the gap, everytime I try and choose the option it just moves all the tracks to 00:00.
Hope this makes sense and someone can provide some guidance.

Yes of course it exists!
Make a time selection across the tracks and right-click on it. Select Ripple Delete and you'll find that you get a further selection. If you included a highlighted clip you get a couple of clip options, but it's the bottom two options that are what you are looking for, I think. Looks like this:

Thanks for the response.
When I highlight a selection of any of the clips and right Right - Ripple Delete, this is the option I see:
Time Selected on All Tracks makes all the clips disapear.
Time Selcted on Selected Track, makes the second of any clips move to 00:00 time.
And Gap, moves then all to 00:00 time.
Tried this was muliple save files, different clips, different amount of clips highlighted.
All rather strange.

The behaviour will vary according to which clips are actually highlighted under the time selection. You can unselect an individual clip by holding the Ctrl key down and clicking on it. In your example, then I think it's inevitable that clips will disappear as they are wholly covered by the time selection, and the 'selected clips' options are showing on the options list - that wouldn't be the case if they weren't selected. Its behaviour is logically consistent, but I'll admit that it does take a little getting used to.
