Hello people

As the title says: I've got a Roland Cakewalk UA25-EX soundcard that has ASIO drivers, but when i choose ASIO in Audition it shows the card as "not working". Using Windows 10 latest version. I'd appreciate any clues as to what could be wrong.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards

D.

Since the UA25-EX is supposed to download the latest version of its driver when you run it (apparently) I'm assuming that it won't be that. It might be worth checking the Microsoft security settings to see if there's anything in there that would prevent it running correctly, although on the face of it, that shoudn't happen with an ASIO driver, I would have thought; simply because it bypasses most of the OS in order to gain its performance

advantage.

Two things: Does it work okay with the MME drive class selected? And if you try accessing it using (free) ASIO4ALL, does that work? That wouldn't really tell us very much about the Roland ASIO driver, but it would at least confirm that it wasn't an Audition problem.
