Being as I kept my old computer, with the version of Audition 3.01 on it, I am still able to access my old .ses files. My question now, is: How can I save a midi file so that I can use it on a different application? I don't want to convert it to wave/audio, I just want a .mid file

I don't think you can, sorry!
AA 3.01 could use MIDI but I don't believe it offered the facility to save or export a MIDI file.
