I am repeatedly trying to find new ways to make audio (music, not speech) to sound as consistent as possible which is literally impossible. The closest I have got to getting close to consistent playback volumes is using ITU-R BS.1770-2 Loudness in the Match Volume panel of CS6. Listening to a burnt CDR consisting of 20 in a row the results are pretty impressive but normally are are one or two let downs which are normally quieter rather than louder. What do I have at my disposal in CS6 to make the odd tracks that tiny bit louder so they fit in better with the other similar sounding songs? Thanks!

I've always found the best tool for this is on each side of your head!
