Spectral Frequency not matching wave

Panic situation.

Somehow, my entire VO demo has been over written with a 1s loop of one of the voices. When looking at it, the Spectral frequency doesn't visually match the wave. The 1s loop is played even where the wave shows silence, between audio clips. Through my headphones I hear the audio from the Spectral Frequency, not from the wave. The wave appears to be intact, but the Spectral Frequency isn't showing a true picture of the wave. I've searched the net for info, but there isn't any on this problem. Any advice???? I don't want to have to do these characters all over again.

I've attached a screen shot of the file as it appears in Adobe Audition.
