Question

Tascam 60D Mk II directly into Audition

I thought I had read that the Tascam 60D Mk II can be used as an interface for recording into Audition, but I cannot find information on how to proceed. It has two 3.5mm Line Out jacks. Could I get clean audio using a 3.5mm audio to USB connection such as this?

Thanks for your time!

You may have thought that you'd read this, but it's absolutely not true. What you can do with the USB connection is clearly described on p19 of the manual, and that is all you can do - it's a bulk dump utility they provide for transferring files, not an interface:

I have the Tascam 701-D, and I can not record to audition, But with Zoom H6, and Mixpre6, I can record to Audition.

Steve-G- The Audio Masters, he  Knows about these things.
