Templates for broadcast

Hi - I love the Multitrack template for DJ Drops/Broadcast in Adobe Audition but I'd like to know if anyone would like to share some other templates for DJ Drops or broadcasting? Can't seem to find anyone anywhere.

I don't know of any Karsten Jensen, but I'll keep an eye out for you. Anyone? BTW, I thought that this was a good tutorial (by Mike Russell) if you do not know what a DJ Drop actually is.

Templates are always such a personal thing depending on the users requirements. They only really work if you make one of your own and then use it on all subsequent similar productions which is what their purpose is. Other peoples are unlikely to be an exact fit for your workflow. Once you have got an Audition session working as you would like then it is easy to save that as your template for the future. The Audition default supplied ones are only really examples for users to modify to their own usage.

I know what you mean but I see no problem in using a predesigned template for my productions. My problem is - I not good enough in making all these effects with sends, busses etc

Unfortunately as you have discovered there aren't really any predesigned templates because everyone's use is so different. The only way is to work with Audition and the available tutorials (there are loads online and in Adobe Help) in order to learn how to use the different effects. For a straightforward podcast you don't really need to know all about sends and busses etc., just how to record into the Multitrack view and add a few simple effects like compression and EQ.

Well - I guess that it is the same thing with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign - but here there are tons of templates and other good stuff....

Dear Kevin,

I do know of Mikes totally nice tutorials. This tutorial was actually the thing that made me write this post because I'd love to have a mored advance template or a template with much more effects. I just naively thought that it would be possible to find some nice templates that work in stead of opening lots of time of making my own - which I of course know will be the right way.
