Trouble closing adobe audition

When I try to close the program it will not let me, stating "One or more files are actively processing jobs. Please cancel these jobs or wait for them to finish". If someone would be abe to help me out with this problem it would be most apriciated.

 Do you close all the files and sessions you have open before you close Audition? One thing I can think of that may cause this sort of issue is if you have a lot of undos backed up in the temp file. With a normal close, this has to be closed too (only you don't get to see it) and if for some reason something else is accessing the temp space at the time, this could potentially delay a proper close. But that's a guess - without some monitoring on your machine, it's not going to be possible to be absolutely sure what's happening, I'm afraid.
