Volume doesn't change no matter what.

Allright, I'm mixing an entire album in audition and everything works just as well as it always does except this one song, the most simple and straightforward of them all...

(all tracks are miced up and recorded on a portable recording device and then transferred to audition)

It it just two clean guitars panned left / right and then an audio sample from an old interview. I add a little compression and mastering same as on all the other songs that have way more tracks (2 guitars, 1 bass, 6 for dums and 2 for vocals). But when I export this song it is LOUD as all hell. No matter what I do it doesn't change in volume and this only happens with this song. Whatever changes I to the song works fine in audition but when it's exported it's just gone. What's worse is I tried recording this song little over a year ago and I had the exact same problem so I just threw it away but that's not going to happen this time.

What the h*ll is going on here?:S

Can't even begin to tell you without more information, although I have a question. Did you use a template when you started the session and if you did, which one? Other than that, I think we'd need to see the session file (don't need the audio). You should be able to attach it to the thread (unless Adobe have done something daft...)
