VST and VST3 Menu Options Not Showing

Hi All.
  I'm trying to edit something and I was going to use my plugin until I noticed this. The menus inside the VST and VST3 options don't show up. Look at the picture for reference.
I've clicked on them, just hovered over them, everything. They just don't open.

Please help.

Have you been through all of the steps to install your VST effects? A screengrab of the Effects Plugin Manager would be a lot more use...

You don't appear to have installed any VST plugins at all. You need to locate the directory that you want to scan, and then click on 'scan for plugins'. Any legitimate ones will then appear in the list with a check beside them. VSTi plugins (instrument ones) won't work.
