WAVEFORM IS BROKEN HOW TO FIX IT?

Please help me solve the problem. I broke my audio signal schedule, can't find a solution to the problem on the internet. I attached a picture to the email. How do I make a graph like the one on the right in the picture?

Zoom out, I'd suggest. And your waveform on the right looks as though it might be clipped - try recording at a lower level.
