Weird "Clicking" or "Static" noises during speaking.

I'm having issues with the audio quality of a recording. I'm using a Pyle PMXU43BT.5 4 channel audio mixer with two Donner DC20 Condenser microphones with XLR hookups. The Pyle Mixer is connected to the computer via USB. I'm getting this odd kind of distortion or something in the recording. Both mics have the same issue which leads me to believe they're not faulty and no matter how much I mess with the gain, levels, etc. the problem is still there. No better, no worse.
This leads me to believe it's probably Audition that's the issue. I'm using the 2023 version if that helps.
