will not start

Question

Audition ran on my old machine, bought new laptop and it will not run after launching, get no screen but if you try to re launch, it thinks it is runing. On the support page, it says to download a text file, but it is not there, Here is the page link. Runing Windows 10

You'll have to pick the bones out of the 'Audition crashed' thread, and send the results to audbugs@adobe.com

Don't worry about it not being a 'crash' as such - the log file gets generated anyway. But if you are using an earlier version, there's no easy way to find the log file - you have to do it manually.
